This is a wall of Mayan writing.
This is a ceiba tree, it is sacred to the Mayans. That root on the right is at least 6 feet tall! This is a big tree to say the least.
This is depicting the sun god emerging from the mouth of a jaguar.
This is a sacrificial altar. They would always sacrifice the best player of their ball game (I'll go into that later) because they believed the gods deserve the best.

Two observations I have made. First, you and your new buddy- he looks like he is making that face you make with your top lip out that you think is so funny when I do it. Second, I don't think I would try very hard in that game if I knew that I was going to be sacrificed. I think my competitive edge would go right out the window. Great Picts. Keep them coming
